Classes and Courses
We have a range of classes and events each month, with new classes and foci being added from time to time. The class schedule for February is detailed below. Some classes are free and open, while others have a small contribution fee. Can't afford the contribution? Let us know and we will accommodate you where we can.

Starseed circle
Watch this space for future classes
A 30-minute practice-based class focused intended to support Starseeds to both expand their connections outward, and anchor their beings in the Earth. The session integrates energy expansion exercises, breath work, channeled energy, and gentle affirmation.

These sessions are for you if you recognise yourself as a starseed, and are struggling to stay connected into the human collective.
Channeling &
Ascension Practices
Saturdays, 14:00 UTC
These are open channeled sessions with 3 parts:
* Part 1: 30 minute ascension practice, guided by the masters.
* Part 2: A channelled teaching offering insights into sovereignty. We then open to channeled messages from Jennai, Earth, and a range of other beings and entities.
* Part 3: Open session for questions.
Sessions sometimes have a specific topic of focus, and includes time for questions from the group.

Playtime for Creators

These are energy and breath work supported sessions for those working on creative projects of any kind. The sessions start with 15 minutes of breath and energy work focused on creativity and alignment. This is followed by 25 minute pomodoros during which we each work on our own projects. In between pomodoros, we integrate a few minutes of energy work to help the creative flow. The entire session runs for about 2 hours.

There is a contribution fee of $10 per session.
