Most Beloved
Connection through the energy of being-beloved
Are you still trying to prove your worth in everything you do?
You are so beautifully unique. The particular way you love, create, notice, care, laugh, think and connect belongs only to you. No one else is capable of understanding your worth fully.
The Energy
What if, before the story of who we have been or what we have done, we meet ourselves and what we encounter as beloved?
Belovedness is not a hierarchy and it is not something we earn by becoming useful, good or easy to love. It begins with recognising the irreducible particularity of a being: this life, this expression, this presence that cannot be replicated.
The Invitation
Belovedness does not erase what is unfolding between us. It changes how we meet it. We can hold boundaries, ask for accountability and refuse harm without reducing ourselves or another person to the worst thing that has happened between us.
Can we refuse to be reduced, by ourselves or others, to our usefulness, our mistakes, or the versions of ourselves that others find easiest to love? Can we meet the wholeness of another while honouring our own?
A Way Through
Notice where you are trying to make your worth measurable: through achievement, usefulness, approval, perfection or how well you meet someone else's expectations.
For a moment, stop proving. What becomes possible when you meet yourself as someone whose particular way of being cannot be fully measured from the outside?
