Connected Breath
The symbiosis of being
Has fear of not having enough made you afraid to let anything flow?
You are incredibly resourceful. You know how to gather what you need, protect what matters and make things last. You have learned how to hold on when holding on was important.
The Energy
We breathe into, and through, each other. Life is a constant exchange with people, places, beings, ideas, creativity, care and connection.
We receive something from the world, make something of it through the particular beings that we are, and offer something back. Nothing breathes alone.
The Invitation
Fear of scarcity can make holding on feel safer than exchange. We may protect our time, energy, resources, emotions or creativity so carefully that circulation begins to stop.
Connected Breath does not ask us to empty ourselves or give without discernment. It reminds us that connection does not ask us to become less ourselves. It invites us to bring ourselves more fully into relationship with everything around us.
Expressing our individuality is a powerful way to enrich our shared experience of the world. There is no one else who can bring exactly what you bring into relationship.
A Way Through
Notice where holding has become your default because letting anything move feels dangerous.
What are you receiving, and what are you returning? Where might one small act of healthy exchange allow something to breathe again?
